Refund policy

14 days, even if you downloaded

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase, including after downloading the files. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to individual packs and the complete six-pack bundle.

Our voluntary 14-day offer is in addition to any mandatory consumer rights. We do not treat a download as a waiver of this offer.

How to request a refund

Email hello@fenderis.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Tell us which purchase you want refunded. If you cannot find the order number, provide enough purchase details for us to locate it. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents.

A message sent within the 14-day period qualifies even if we review it later. We aim to reply within two business days, Monday to Friday.

What we refund

For a qualifying full cancellation, we refund the amount actually paid for the canceled item, including applicable tax, to the original payment method. We do not charge a restocking or digital return fee. There is no physical return or return postage.

The bundle is a single $49.99 product, not six separate $14.99 charges. A voluntary cancellation of the complete bundle refunds the amount paid for the bundle and ends the license for all six included packs. Statutory rights concerning part of a defective bundle are not restricted by this rule.

Timing and downloaded files

We will issue an eligible refund without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your cancellation request. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit; bank processing can take up to 10 business days. Contact hello@fenderis.shop if it has not appeared.

After a full refund, stop using the refunded files, delete your digital copies and do not print or distribute new copies. Download access may be disabled. This does not impose a physical return or removal requirement on copies already used at an event.

Missing, damaged or incorrect files

If a file is missing, corrupted or materially different from its description, contact us. We can provide the correct file, a replacement download or an appropriate refund. We will not require you to accept a repair instead of a refund when the law gives you that choice.

The 14-day voluntary window does not shorten statutory rights for defective or non-conforming digital content.

EEA and UK customers

Where applicable, you retain the legal right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days and your rights concerning digital content that is not as described or does not conform to the contract. Our voluntary refund promise remains available even if you download immediately. We do not ask you to waive that promise to obtain your files.

You may use the cancellation wording below or any other clear statement. If mandatory law gives you a longer period or a stronger remedy, that law takes precedence.
