Who we are

Fenderis Puzzles is operated by NX Neural Labs LLC. Contact: hello@fenderis.shop. These terms apply to purchases of our ready-made digital puzzle packs.

Products and prices

Read each product description before purchase. Single packs are $14.99 USD; the Complete Six-Pack is $49.99 USD and contains the same six current collections, with no future releases. Buying those six separately totals $89.94 USD; the bundle saves $39.95 USD against that separate-purchase total, not a previous selling price. No subscription or renewal applies.

Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. Your bank may charge for currency conversion. Lifestyle cover images are illustrative; actual page previews show the printable puzzles. Pencils, flowers and other props are not included.

Orders and delivery

Payment must be confirmed before automatic delivery. The order confirmation records what you purchased. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will contact you and refund the affected purchase. Incorrect or duplicate charges will be investigated and corrected. See Digital Delivery for access and printing requirements.

Refunds and license

Our 14-day refund promise includes downloaded files. Applicable statutory rights are preserved. Our personal-use license permits household and private-event printing, not resale or digital redistribution. Purchasing files does not transfer copyright or brand ownership.

Responsible use

Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, commit payment fraud or distribute files contrary to the license. Purchases and customer support interactions are intended for adults.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our Privacy Policy describes information processing by this store and Shopify. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain applicable.

Changes and questions
