Digital files, not physical goods

Fenderis sells ready-made English word-search PDF packs. Nothing is shipped. No physical props, editable files, software, subscription or customization are included.

What you receive

Each individual pack is one ZIP containing two 26-page PDFs (A4 and US Letter) and a short Read Me PDF. Each paper-size version has a cover and guide, 12 different puzzles, 12 matching answers and a license/help page. The two paper sizes contain the same puzzles.

The Complete Six-Pack contains all six current collections: The Wedding Edit, One More Round, Make a Wish, The Little Nature Break, A Little Hocus Pocus and Merry Little Moments. It has 72 different puzzles with answers, supplied as 12 collection PDFs plus the Read Me in one ZIP. No future releases are included.

Automatic delivery

Once payment is confirmed, download access is sent automatically to the email address used at checkout. Delivery is normally within a few minutes. Pending, failed or reviewed payments can delay release. There is no postal shipping charge or tracking number.

Opening and printing

Save the ZIP and extract its contents using your device's file manager. Open the appropriate PDF in a current PDF reader. Use A4 or US Letter paper and print at actual size / 100%. In each collection PDF, pages 2-13 are games and pages 14-25 are answers. Print single-sided to keep answers separate. Printer, ink and paper are not included; black-and-white printing is suitable.

Missing a download?

Check your spam folder and the email entered at checkout. If access is still missing 15 minutes after confirmed payment, email hello@fenderis.shop with your order number. Do not buy the same pack again to obtain a link. We aim to reply within two business days, Monday to Friday. Save a backup of downloaded files; unlimited permanent hosting is not promised.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, including after download. Missing, faulty or misdescribed content also remains subject to applicable statutory remedies. See our Refund Policy.
